首先要稱讚前台人員的耐心講解跟貼心服務，再來房間雖然比較有年代感，但是環境衛生整理的超棒！休息時也感到溫暖且安靜，非常棒的體驗

酒店位置和環境很不錯，服務人員非常熱情並且按照入住人數贈送咖啡；缺點是酒店設施相對比較老久，可以看出很久之前是一家環境考究的酒店，房間很大。衹是運營時間太久，設施相對落後並且有些陳舊了。

The hotel is in a famous town and there are many places of interest to visit. The food is also good, and the beef cooked by a western restaurant for hundreds of years is highly recommended. The hotel is purely western-style, and the waiter is great. It is still cleaning before the check-in time, but some fruits don't know where to put them. The waiter immediately makes room for the luggage to move in and put it away, so that we can find food with peace of mind. The room is clean and tidy. There are elevators and escalators on the second floor. The waiter took the initiative to print the map, telling you where to play, where to eat and where to shop. It was very warm.

This was a stop over on a drive between Sydney and Melbourne. The hotel room is closer to a studio apartment size, and we had a balcony room that faces the river. Decor is a bit dated but clean, comfortable and quiet. Good for a longer stay. It located a short drive to the riverside area or the shopping district. Not much facilities except for the restaurant which opens only for breakfast (and maybe lunch), which we didn't try. There was a complimentary juice, breakfast cereal and fruit cup in the room.
